Our Team

(TASO, Academic Alliance for AIDS care and prevention, Child Fund Uganda, Share An Opportunity-Uganda, Plan International, Voluntary Service Overseas, and Katalemwa Cheshire Home). She has held several positions (senior positions) in the above organizations with the, most recently as Executive Director for 12 years hence has executive experience as well as management practice. She holds 2 Masters degrees in Public Administration (IUIU)and Social Sector Planning and Management (MUK); a Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences (MUK), diploma in accounting (IACU), and a number of certificates and trainings in several social, organizational and development fields.Samali has authored and presented a number of abstracts in the areas of HIV/AIDS in international conferences. She has conducted several consultancies both in Uganda and abroad in areas of strategic plan development, staff capacity building and Governance training.

She has worked with NGOs, Private Institutions, local Governments and communities coordinating and supporting various projects in areas of Mental Health, Sexual and reproductive Health, Education and Livelihood. She is also the founder of The Great Eagles school including Eagles’ Adut Education programs. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Health- Health Promotion (UMU), Bachelors’ degree in Biological Sciences (MUK) and a post-graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management (UMI), Diploma in Guidance and Counseling from YMCA including certificates in a number of other trainings.
